楽曲利用規約 Music Usage Terms
本規約は、DS Soft（以下「当方」）が提供するAI楽曲制作サービスに関して、楽曲のご利用範囲および条件を定めたものです。
安心してご利用いただくために、あらかじめ以下の内容をご確認ください。
1. 著作権について
納品される楽曲の著作権（著作財産権）は、すべて当方に帰属します。
ご依頼いただいたお客様には、本規約の範囲内でのご使用を許諾するものであり、著作権そのものの譲渡は行っておりません。
2. 楽曲のご利用について
納品された楽曲は、商用・非商用を問わず、以下の範囲で自由にご利用いただけます。
- 動画、ゲーム、アプリ、Webサイト、広告、SNS投稿へのBGMとしての使用
- イベントでの使用
- 店舗BGMや社歌など事業活動における使用
- お客様制作のコンテンツに組み込んだ形での販売・配布
3. 禁止事項
- 楽曲そのものの再配布、販売、譲渡、貸与（楽曲単体での配布など）
- 楽曲の制作者として虚偽の表示を行うこと
- 違法行為や公序良俗に反する目的での利用
4. 使用ツールについて
本サービスでは、AI音楽生成ツール「SUNO」を規約遵守のうえ使用して制作しております。
5. 免責事項
納品楽曲の利用により生じた損害やトラブルについて、当方は基本的に責任を負いかねます。ただし、当方に故意または重大な過失があった場合には法令に基づき適切に対応いたします。

These terms define the scope and conditions for using music created through the AI music production services provided by DS Soft (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our").
Please review the following to ensure safe and clear usage.
1. Copyright
All copyrights (property rights) for the delivered music belong to us.
Clients are granted a license to use the music within the scope of these terms; we do not transfer the copyright itself.
2. Usage Scope
Delivered tracks may be used freely for both commercial and non-commercial purposes within the following scope:
- BGM for videos, games, apps, websites, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Playback at events.
- Usage in business activities (e.g., store BGM, company songs).
- Selling/distributing as part of a content package created by the client.
3. Prohibited Actions
- Redistributing, selling, transferring, or lending the music track itself (e.g., distributing the music as a standalone file).
- Falsely claiming to be the creator of the music.
- Usage for illegal acts or purposes contrary to public order and morals.
4. Tools Used
Services are produced using the AI music generation tool "SUNO," in full compliance with its terms of service.
5. Disclaimer
We are generally not liable for any damages or troubles arising from the use of the delivered music. However, in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we will respond appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations.
