DS Soft（以下「当方」）は、提供するサービスにおける、ユーザーのプライバシー情報の取り扱いについて以下に記載します。
1. 個人情報の収集と利用目的について
当方が提供するアプリでは、ユーザーの氏名、住所、メールアドレスなどの個人情報の登録および収集は一切行っておりません。
ただし、楽曲制作の受託事業においては、お客様の氏名、メールアドレス等の情報を取得し、以下の目的に限定して利用いたします。
- 楽曲制作に関するご依頼内容の確認、およびお客様への連絡のため
- 制作した楽曲の納品、およびアフターサービスのため
- お問い合わせへの対応のため
取得した個人情報は、本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
2. 端末情報の取得について
当方のアプリでは、端末固有ID、位置情報、端末の使用状況などの情報を独自に取得することはありません。
3. 広告の配信について
一部のアプリでは、第三者の広告サービス（例：Google AdMob等）を利用しております。広告配信事業者がユーザーの端末に関する情報（広告IDなど）を取得する可能性があります。取得される情報やその利用方法については、各広告事業者のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
4. 免責事項
当方は、当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、損害について責任を負いません。
5. プライバシーポリシーの変更について
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて予告なく変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、本ページにて速やかに公開いたします。
6. 友達とのデータ連携機能について
一部のアプリには、ユーザー同士でアイテムなどのデータを送受信できる機能が搭載されております。これらの送受信データは、当方では取得・保存しておりません。また、この機能を通じて発生したユーザー間のトラブル等について、当方は一切の責任を負いかねます。
