DS Soft（以下「当方」）は、提供するサービスにおける、ユーザーのプライバシー情報の取り扱いについて以下に記載します。
1. 個人情報の収集と利用目的について
当方が提供するアプリでは、ユーザーの氏名、住所、メールアドレスなどの個人情報の登録および収集は一切行っておりません。
お問い合わせ時に取得したメールアドレスなどの情報は、お問い合わせ対応のためだけに使用し、本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
2. 端末情報の取得について
当方の提供するアプリでは、ユーザーの利便性向上や品質改善のため、個人を特定しない範囲で以下の情報を取得・利用する場合があります。
- 端末情報（機種名、OSバージョン等）: Firebase等の外部サービスを利用し、アプリの不具合修正や機能改善のための統計データとして利用します。
- アプリ固有の識別子（UUID）: 一部のアプリでは、ユーザー登録なしで自身の投稿を管理（編集・削除）できる機能を提供するため、アプリごとにランダムに生成された識別子を使用します。これはユーザーの氏名、住所などの個人情報とは一切紐付きません。
3. 広告の配信について
一部のアプリでは、第三者の広告サービス（Google AdMob）を利用しております。広告配信事業者がユーザーの端末に関する情報（広告IDなど）を取得する可能性があります。取得される情報やその利用方法については、以下のGoogle社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
4. 免責事項
当方は、当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、損害について責任を負いません。
5. プライバシーポリシーの変更について
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて予告なく変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、本ページにて速やかに公開いたします。
6. 友達とのデータ連携機能について
一部のアプリには、ユーザー同士でアイテムなどのデータを送受信できる機能が搭載されております。これらの送受信データは、当方では取得・保存しておりません。また、この機能を通じて発生したユーザー間のトラブル等について、当方は一切の責任を負いかねます。
7. お問い合わせ

9. 端末の権限（パーミッション）について
当方のアプリでは、機能実現のために以下の権限をリクエストする場合があります。これらの権限により取得されるデータは、アプリ内でのリアルタイム処理にのみ使用され、当方のサーバーへ送信されたり、保存されたりすることはありません。
- マイク（音声録音）: 音声解析、ビジュアライザー、エフェクト処理のために使用します。
- ストレージ: 設定値の保存や、ユーザー自身のデータの読み書きに使用します。
- センサー: 端末の傾き（加速度センサー等）を利用した操作のために使用します。

Our apps do not require registration or collection of personal information such as name, address, or email
address.
Any information obtained through inquiries, such as email addresses, will be used solely for responding to your

2. Acquisition of Device Information
Our apps may acquire and use the following information within a range that does not identify individuals, in order to improve user convenience and quality.
- Device Information (Model name, OS version, etc.): We use external services such as Firebase to use this as statistical data for fixing app bugs and improving functionality.
- App-specific Identifier (UUID): Some apps use a randomly generated identifier for each app to provide features that allow users to manage (edit/delete) their own posts without user registration. This is not linked to personal information such as name or address.
3. Distribution of Advertisements

We are not responsible for any damages except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

6. Data Linkage Feature with Friends
Some apps feature a function that allows users to send and receive data such as items between each other. We do not acquire or store this transmitted data. Furthermore, we assume no responsibility for any trouble between users arising through this feature.
